Central Baptist Church, located in the heart of Eureka, Missouri, is prayerfully seeking a full‑time Youth Minister to join our pastoral team and lead our growing student ministry. Our church averages around 180 in weekly attendance, and we are looking for a passionate, Christ‑centered leader who loves students, values families, and desires to build a thriving ministry that helps young people follow Jesus for a lifetime.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Youth Minister who:

Has a genuine love for students and a calling to youth ministry

Demonstrates spiritual maturity, humility, and a teachable spirit

Communicates God’s Word clearly and creatively

Builds strong relationships with students, parents, and volunteers

Plans and leads weekly gatherings, Bible studies, events, and outreach opportunities

Works well with church leadership and contributes to the overall mission of the church

Brings energy, organization, and a heart for discipleship
Experience in youth ministry is preferred, but we are open to candidates who show strong potential, character, and calling.
What the Role Includes
This is a full‑time position with responsibilities such as:

Leading middle school and high school ministries

Developing and mentoring volunteer leaders

Planning camps, retreats, mission projects, and special events

Teaching Scripture with clarity and conviction

Partnering with families to support spiritual growth at home

Engaging students through fellowship, service, and community involvement
